By placing an order on this website, you are entering into a purchase transaction solely with Trinoptics.com.
To purchase products from our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
Our site will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order and make a payment with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order with us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
Placing an order
To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. Once you have selected your products and added them to your shopping cart, you would need to proceed to the checkout section. Here you will be asked for your address, shipping address and other contact information as well as your payment-related information.
Prices
All prices are stated in Trinidad and Tobago currency. You may view pricing in other currencies on the currency tab on the website. Prices exclude VAT, shipping or handling charges which would be added on during the billing process.

Payment Options
The following payment methods are available:
- Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa and Mastercard Network
- Domestic Linx Debit cards (COD)
As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard, you will be required to accurately submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date (mm/yy) and the 3-digit CVV number found on the reverse side of the card when you make your purchase using your credit card for payment.
For international cards used on our site, the bank’s applicable exchange rate and fees will apply. We do not have jurisdiction on this and any dispute or queries on exchange rates and bank charges must be directed to the bank that issued your card.
The full payment for your order is deducted from our credit card on the completion of your order. Once the funds are cleared we would proceed with picking, packing and delivery of your order.
Product Delivery
UPS is the authorized domestic delivery provider for all orders placed on Trinoptics.
Payment using Linx debit card are classified as (COD). Cash on delivery (COD) is the process of shoppers paying for the product in person on its delivery. UPS is used for all domestic deliveries and is authorized by Trinoptics to collect all COD payments for Linx debit cards for orders placed on our site.
Linx debit card payments can be collected at the point of delivery by UPS using a wireless debit card device. You must have your debit card available at the time delivery for insertion to facilitate the completion of the payment transaction.
If the COD buyer fails to make the payment, the product would not be delivered by UPS and would be returned to the Trinoptics warehouse.
